BUILDING DEPARTMENT ANNOUNCEMENTS:

ALL NEW DEVELOPMENT THAT WILL CHANGE LOT COVERAGE MUST FOLLOW THE BELOW STEPS:

Apply for a Development Permit with the Planning and Zoning Department
After your Development Permit is issued, apply for a building permit for the primary structure (this is the house on a residential development).
After your permit is issued for your primary structure, apply for a building permit for any additional NONHABITABLE structures (pool, shed, pole barn)
After Certificate of Occupancy for primary structure is issed, apply for any additional HABITABLE structure (mother-in-law suite, pool house). SECONDARY HABITABLE STRUCTURES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED UNTIL AFTER PRIMARY STRUCTURE IS COMPLETED.
